Our office is now open and have started seeing patients! Based on recommendations by the CDC and the federal, state, and local authorities, our practice had made some changes to ensure safety of our staff and our patients.
All patients must use the office hand sanitizers upon entry and exit of the office.
All appointment times are staggered to reduce the number of patients in the office. You must be ON TIME to your appointments. Do not come more than 5 minutes early.
We prefer that parents drop the patients off at the office and stay in the car after answering the screening questions.
If a parent wishes to accompany a child to the office, they must wear a mask.
All patients will have their temperature checked with a no-touch thermometer.
Patients entering the office must answer a Covid-19 screening questionnaire.
Please re-schedule your appointment if you or your child exhibit any flu or flu-like symptoms.
